CARPET CLEANING:  Our carpet cleaning process begins with pre-treatment of all areas to be cleaned.  This process will loosen the soils embedded in the carpet, and neutralize any acids left behind from food and drink spills.  This process also includes fabric softeners and color brighteners to help restore the carpet.  The carpet is then steamed cleaned at 230 degrees.  This temperature will ensure the carpet is cleaned and all germs and bacteria are killed.  For every 18 degrees increased over 180 degrees doubles cleaning ability.  The drying time will depend on the type of carpet.  Normal drying time is 3-4 hours.  All solutions used are biodegradable, water based and pet friendly.  We have no soapy residues that attract dirt quickly  - carpet stay cleaner longer and are softer.


TILE & GROUT CLEANING:  This process starts with a pretreatment of areas to be cleaned.  This loosen the dirt from the tile and grout.  The area is cleaned with a turbo spinner that spins at 2750-3000 RPMS (Revolutions per minute), 500-1000 PSI (Per square inch of pressure), and at 230 degrees.  Tile will dry almost immediately.  The grout will take from 1-5 hours depending o the conditions of the grout.



SEALER:  We offer a premium quality impregnated sealer. All tile and grout must be steamed clean prior to sealer with the exception of new grout.  We seal the day after the clean so this allows time for grout to dry.  Sealer will last 3-4 years, depending on the maintenance.
